Returns and refunds policy

Customers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligible reasons:

• Wrong product received • Damaged product • Defective product • Lost shipment

Return window:

Up to 14 days after delivery.

Refund process:

  1. Customer contacts support

  2. Case is evaluated

  3. Evidence must be provided (photo/video)

  4. Refund or replacement is issued

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Not eligible:

• Incorrect personal information at checkout • Buyer remorse without product issue
